The Casella Airwave App is a comprehensive tool designed to support the operation of Casella's noise and dust monitoring instruments, primarily targeting industrial hygienists and occupational health professionals involved in personal exposure assessment.

Compatible exclusively with Bluetooth-enabled devices from Casella, the app facilitates integration with the following equipment:

<ul>
<li>dBadge2 (Personal Noise Dosimeter)</li>
<li>VAPex (Low Flow Air Sampling Pump)</li>
<li>Apex2 (Air Sampling Pump)</li>
<li>Vortex3 (High Flow Air Sampling Pump)</li>
<li>Flow Detective (Pump Calibrator)</li>
</ul>

Ideal for remote monitoring applications, the Airwave App allows users to oversee ongoing measurements in real time and exercise remote control over the connected devices from a safe distance.

Calibration functionalities include automatic calibration of Apex2 pumps when used with the Flow Detective device. Manual calibration of VAPex and Vortex3 pumps is also supported through the combination of the Flow Detective and the app, providing flexibility in field calibration procedures.

<li>Selection of individual instruments for detailed data analysis</li>
<li>Remote initiation, termination, or pausing of measurement runs via mobile device</li>

<li>Color-coded status indicators to alert users to potential issues</li>
<li>Capability to email collected data, including photos or voice notes, for streamlined reporting on site</li>
</ul>

The app's compatible products are Bluetooth® enabled devices offering critical functions, including:

<li>dBadge2 — a personal noise dosimeter providing real-time assessments of occupational noise exposure, supporting hearing conservation efforts.</li>
<li>VAPex — a portable low flow sampling pump suitable for vapor and gas monitoring in occupational environments.</li>
<li>Apex2 — a versatile personal sampling pump used alongside sampling media to quantify dust levels and assess exposure risks related to hazardous airborne substances.</li>
<li>Vortex3 — a high flow sampler ideal for area sampling of airborne contaminants such as asbestos and other hazardous particulates.</li>
<li>Flow Detective — an integrated airflow calibrator designed for use with various air sampling pumps to ensure accurate measurements.</li>
